A total of 1,093 patients completed the survey during 2025–2026, providing valuable insight into patient experiences at Sketty & Killay Medical Centre.

  • 56% of patients said they always felt well cared for.

  • The average patient experience rating was 8.27 out of 10.

What Patients Told Us

Many patients highlighted positive experiences with our staff, including the professionalism, kindness and care provided by GPs, nurses and reception teams.

Feedback also highlighted areas we continue to work on improving, particularly around appointment availability and waiting times.
