The forum aims to represent the Practices’ patients by looking at current service provision, activities, decisions and issues raised by patients.

Vacancy

We are looking for someone to join our group which meets with the practice staff once a month on a Tuesday afternoon.

We meet the Community Health Council representatives for discussion and consultation regularly and have access to discussions with Swansea Bay University Health Board.
