Ordering Repeat Prescriptions
Our Computer systems will be changed between 28/1/26 – 5/2/26
This will cause short-term disruptions to some of our services but will bring much long-term benefits for patient care.
Please note:
- There will be a temporary loss of service on Wednesday 28th January, from 12pm.
- Early prescription orders will be accepted for medications due between 9th and 27th January.
We are taking steps to minimise inconvenience, and there are a few important things you should be aware of:
Prescriptions
- Online prescription services will not be available between 28th January 2026 - 5th February 2026.
- We will issue a two-month supply (where safe and appropriate). So, if your prescription is due during this time, make sure you order by 27th January.
Important: We need a minimum of 48 hours (two working days) to process your prescription request. Please note this does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
