GPs will refer individuals to the project.

Counselling and therapy sessions

The project can offer different types of counselling and therapy, including:

Face-to-face counselling sessions will take place at 148 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4DF.

Wellbeing workshops

Workshops can be delivered online or face to face.
